I had a 10:00 appointment for a DOT physical. I waited over an hour for the appointment. I don’t understand why? The scheduling employee should do better and schedule the DOT physical in the afternoon when they are not busy. John Crider

both ladies at the front desk aren’t welcoming at all, had undertone of attitude off the bat
They close at 4:00. Even posted on the door. I showed up at 3:40. I was informed they stopped doing bcrc test. At 3:30. Bcrc test list says give test until 3:45. Then I was directed to go across the street to the hospital to get after hour test. Guess what hospital doesn't do bcrc test. Thumbs down to you.
