My drivers have all been very nice. However, when I call to set up a time Debbie is really very rude to me. I always call at least a week in advance as she had suggested to me. When I called to make the appointment she snapped at me and said “ we’re so busy, I don’t even know if we can fit you in, but I’ll put it in the schedule.” When I called the day before to see what time my pickup was, I was told it was never put on the schedule!!
