I currently have Community Health Group as my insurance. I have been calling for over a month to speak to my caseworker. I did not get any calls back and left numerous messages. They always tell you one thing and then the other. Too many excuses at this insurance place. They treat you like a number and not like a human being. I find the lack of integrity and unprofessionalism that a bounds here. They assume because your last name is Chavez that you speak Spanish. I don't recommend community health group they don't answer phones I was on hold for 1 hour before they took the call and helped it doesn't matter what time I believe there firing staff
