Everytime I call to make a dentist appointment I'm told to call back another day. I call on that day and told to call later. Was referred to a clinic in Muscatine. Then told they don't have that number. Was told I can schedule in a West Burlington office then told it would be months and I'd have to go through a process to transfer care. Just seems like this office is chaotic and unorganized. At one time I was told one of my children was seen and received x-rays on a certain date we were definitely not there.
