Everytime I call to make a dentist appointment I'm told to call back another day. I call on that day and told to call later. Was referred to a clinic in Muscatine. Then told they don't have that number. Was told I can schedule in a West Burlington office then told it would be months and I'd have to go through a process to transfer care. Just seems like this office is chaotic and unorganized. At one time I was told one of my children was seen and received x-rays on a certain date we were definitely not there. I go to the Colombus City clinic for my medical and dental needs. All ways a positive experience. They make me feel like I'm part of their family.. CHC has a care coordinator that follows patients progress to make sure needs are met
