I had a very disappointing experience with Sean, one of the receptionists, while trying to schedule an appointment for my husband. From the beginning of the call, I felt rushed and uncomfortable. Sean offered an appointment date and made me feel as though I had no choice but to accept it. I waited 2 months for a 12pm telehealth appointment. Called in 20 minutes prior to the appointment to let them know I was ready and prepared for the call. The operator said they would send a message over. I waited until 2pm, called again.. The operator sent over another message to the provider. I called the next day and was told the physician was not in yesterday and the office advised the operator to reschedule with me. The most unprofessional stuff that I have ever seen they just try to pass your call and transfer your call to a department which is never answer
