This place couldn't send a proper referral if their lives depended on it. What's even worse is that other people's lives depend on it. Stop playing games with peoples lives and do your job right the first time.

I'm a former CNA/DSP and current HCA/BT. I have filed a formal complaint with the California Medical Board due to negligence. I was referred here for PCP after having my insurance expedited by OMBUDSMAN, after moving to the area for better work opportunities in the healthcare system. Good luck trying to contact anyone. I call, and call, and call and eventually someone will pick up. Sometimes they leave you on hold and never come back. Sometimes it takes hours to get even someone to pick up a phone. I have also had to ask them to update my contact phone number on every single interaction whether that is in the office or over the phone. They never update it. There should be an option for 0 stars. This place is horrendous. Staff are unable to do their job. I’ve been waiting since 11/21/25 to see a GI doctor for a tumor on my liver. Dr comes in room for 2 minutes and talks over you. Front desk staff are miserable and lack patient care. Dr refused a medication refill cause I needed labs. Had labs done 4/2026 and was told I didn’t have labs done this year. Was told lab orders were in system I made appointment and when I was called for labs no orders were in the system. I scheduled an appointment a month in advance, but when the day arrived, they told me the doctor wasn't available. They rescheduled my appointment for 20 days later and assured me they would call a day before to give me the exact time. The date passed, and nobody ever called. When I tried calling their office repeatedly, no one answered the phone. I wasted over two months waiting for nothing due to their lack of professionalism and total disregard for patients' time.
