Used to heavily rely and need this centers support when I didn't have insurance and at least helped me check my labs; but now it's impossible to ever get seen even with insurance. Ive called desperate to get re-established in their system as it'd been a few years. I even secured my spot in the portal for check in as early as 6am on the website, only to get called immediately at 8am to be told, nope. Booked. They don't even offer to schedule me in for the next day or next availability, or just in general in choosing which doc... read more
Yvonne Gutierrez is incredibly helpful and supportive. I highly recommend speaking with her, especially for new moms. She takes the time to explain things clearly and makes you aware of opportunities you may not even realize are available. Talking with someone like Yvonne can truly open your eyes to resources and possibilities you didn’t know you had
I enjoy bringing my kids here, the receptionists, nurses and doctors are so amazing!
