I am only judging this company based upon this female driver that was driving on Airways like I bat out of hell! Zigzagging and cutting in front of myself and other cars only to reach the light at the same time that I did. 🤬 This was between the hours of 5:15 and 5:45 on April 27, 2026.
Stephanie needs to be fired, she's bad for business. She lies and belittle the client
The dispatcher Stephanie will lie about your pick up time and have you waiting for over 2 hours and laugh about it. If you try to talk to a supervisor she will transfer you to voicemail.
Terrible just stick with MATA.. They WILL leave you stuck at your appointment all the while saying that they're 10 minutes away each time you call for pick up. Currently with patient/ client who is hungry, cold, and bottom hurting because she's been sitting in a wheelchair waiting on pick up for almost 2 hours.
