Stephanie needs to be fired, she's bad for business. She lies and belittle the client
The dispatcher Stephanie will lie about your pick up time and have you waiting for over 2 hours and laugh about it. If you try to talk to a supervisor she will transfer you to voicemail.
Terrible just stick with MATA.. They WILL leave you stuck at your appointment all the while saying that they're 10 minutes away each time you call for pick up. Currently with patient/ client who is hungry, cold, and bottom hurting because she's been sitting in a wheelchair waiting on pick up for almost 2 hours.
TERRIBLE.. left 84byear old in the cold waiting for pick up for almost 2 hours. Every time you can the pick up line, the dispatcher Stephanie Will LIE 2U n make like your ride is 10 minutes away.. knowing they're not
This company is with it.. Just use MATA, because the dispatcher Stephanie will play in your face. Lie about pick up time knowing you're waiting in the cold
