Very frustrated with this clinic. My son had an appointment that we waited weeks for set for today 11/3 at 10 am. We show up and were told that the appointment was moved to 8am and that we missed it. This move was never confirmed by neither me or my wife. I will say we have had troubles with our phones for a bit and weren’t able to receive those updates. With that said my wife called in about a week or two ago and confirmed the 10 am appointment to where she said she felt as if she were being rushed off of the phone. The onl... read more
You are not in any way shape or form wheelchair friendly. This building violates the handicap accessable law. As a caregiver i hate coming here
I had a new client establishing care appointment with Dr. Ian Gillingham today and he was kind and thorough. The nurse and receptionists were very sweet and explained everything well. The only hiccup was in my confirmation text for the appointment I was told to arrive 30mins early to my 1PM appointment. Was helped by a new receptionist named Crystal at my recent visit. She was very professional and kind and greeted me with a smile. Happy to see a friendly face at the front desk
