I called in hopes to get a mortgage loan, I said many times I have only a521 credit score and specifically said i use credit karma so I know my score. I was told they have multiple loans they do and that they could do a certain loan for me, and to apply. I was sent the application, filled it out, they ran my credit only to be told they only accept a 620 credit score. Now I have a hard inquiry on my account. Super pissed because I said and we discussed my low credit. Thanks for that tara.
