honestly i was dreading going into a bank but this place was so chill. the lady at the front desk actually smiled at me which feels rare these days. they got me in and out super fast even though i messed up some paperwork. pretty sure i even told the same joke twice to the teller and she still laughed. yeah ill definitely be coming back here.

What in the world is going on in Clearlake. I go in about 4PM to open a CD. When I get to the window I explain myself and present a Cashier's Check made out to me. The Lady, a bit of a condescending voice says "Can I see your Debit Card?" Debit card? I explain I don't have a Debit Card. After accepting my I.D. she says "Please have a seat in the Lobby." Sarah Anzano was so kind and wonderful. I didn't have an appointment and she generously helped me. She's a branch manager so certainly she didn't have to do this. She not only opened my account, she made sure the credit union app was properly installed on my phone and showed me how to use it. And the next time I came into the branch she even remembered my first name. Great service and care for the community. Thank you Sarah!
