I am very pleased with the Neptune Beach branch Community first credit union lately. I’ve been with Community first for almost 20 years and this has by far exceeded the customer service that I’ve ever received. From the new manager David, who clearly shows he appreciates you banking there to Alma and Britney, who I always seem to get when I’m in line for my tellers. All the girls are wonderful there. Thank you so much for making my banking experience exceptional!
I did not receive my Statement for November so I went up to branch and the Lady printed my Statement. Said it was returned Non Delieveable and was returned. Told her I have lived here over 30 years and no change in mailing. After getting home I see I was charged a service fee so i had to call and talk with someone to have charge waived. The lady that waited on me should had advised me of this fee and had it waived instead of me having to call.
I have been going to the Community First Credit Union since 1969. The Neptune Beach office is friendly and accommodating and it’s a pleasure to visit. I can’t imagine banking anywhere else.
