Nice bank employee helped me today. Was at branch on Atlantic blvd at the beach..her name was Emily.
Locking my card and not telling is absolutely rediculouls. usually i get a text for confirmation, but not this time. now, i am just wondering why all my stuff is out bc it is the day for bills. And the app provides zero help, it really is just a list of payments that are usually in the wrong order lol. Lack of information or control. none of the features work it just ends up sending you in person.
Great people but online account management can be a little difficult for me anyway. What is the deadline for a temporary account password? In one instance I lost my card and was unable to track or turn it off for several days due to online banking limitations. Is there anyway to remotely turn the card off without having its number on a device that is pending for register?
