Nice bank employee helped me today. Was at branch on Atlantic blvd at the beach..her name was Emily.
Locking my card and not telling is absolutely rediculouls. usually i get a text for confirmation, but not this time. now, i am just wondering why all my stuff is out bc it is the day for bills. And the app provides zero help, it really is just a list of payments that are usually in the wrong order lol. Lack of information or control. none of the features work it just ends up sending you in person.
