I went here with my son and we were comforted with angel! I am not sure what Calvin did to deserve her but Thank God. She is so helpful, so knowledgeable, non-condescending, very encouraging, and welcoming. Also, her sexy manager WILLIAM, was delightfully eager to make sure I did a review for her. I really love he is supportive of his staff. My angels name is KYLIA BROWN!!! Thank you guys.

If you go to the Gate Parkway location ask for Sam Pedrazoli! Even though what I was trying to do didn't quite work out, Sam's determination, good spirit and open, honest communication assisted me in understanding what I needed to do to improve my position! She displays absolutely fantastic customer service and should be a model example of how all bank employees should engage with their customers! Great experience!
