Wow, what poor service! I walked in hoping to establish a business account with a smaller bank (in not a fan of Chase). First, they immediately said I had to have an appointment... I fair enough even though there was nobody in the office, just the two ladies. Next, it seemed like I was being interrogated as to what my business was and where I was located, despite simply asking for paperwork that they would need.
