Card constantly gets shut off for no reason. Horrible system.
Very rude and short on the phone. Was calling about someone pulling out of money on a joint account while their account was negative. They couldnt pull out of the joint account without bringing theirs up to balance. No overdraft forgiveness for subscriptions missed very condescending on the phone. Instead of taking it from the other account get hit with overdraft fees even after signing paperwork to not allow overdrafts. Poor banking system… update your system well you can’t even login always error processing request damn!
