Used to be great to bank with, now there's all kinds of fees and requirements that they changed throughout the years, ALL of which i learned about by being charged when things changed
If I could give a zero I would. I have a payee account and specifically asked to not let this account go overdrawn. Guess what they did. And they are treating me like I am stupid. I know the difference between avail balance and current balance. Super frustrating. I’m switching banks. HIGHLY do not recommend
Friendly and supportive service
Needed an auto loan and was given advice and guidance I wouldn't have known to ask about. We ended up switching our banking to CFCU completely because I felt like we actually had someone on our side, looking out for us for a change. The staff at each brank have been very kind and helpful, and have had nothing but good experiences so far.
Card constantly gets shut off for no reason. Horrible system.
