I don’t do reviews at all but this is by far the worst bank and bank experience I’ve ever had from auto loans to account services. Never in my life have I seen a bank, one whose ATM never lets me pull money out, and 2 charge your account to charge your account again. If there was an option for negative stars I would choose that option. Please don’t bank here there is Chase and Wells Fargo across the street.
Rarely do you find someone who goes beyond the call of duty and finds a solution for a somewhat complex banking issue. I found that someone. The car loan transaction is very complicated and some car dealerships dont accept Community First express drafts. They do not give an actual check so it may prolong the dealership from getting payment. My experience was very complicated and frustrating from the start, a week later we are still not finished. I did not have these issues in the past so Im not sure if their policies have changed. If you are in a hurry to get a car loan I dont recommend Community First.
Some car dealerships do NOT accept their express drafts because they don't issue actual checks. I was unaware of this and we lost the vehicle we were trying to purchase because of this. Save yourself time and either ask the dealership first or go with another financial lender.
