They were very helpful and provided amazing customer service.
I have been a member since 2000 when I moved from Ormond Beach, Fl,. Twenty four years of consistency and outstanding customer service in all branches and zero mistakes. I met with the Baymeadows' general manager twice this week, she has been nothing but a blessing by accommodating and tending to my needs showing that she really cares and customer are a priority, excellent customer service I am extremely happy and grateful knowing that no matter what they always lend a helping hand.
Had a great experience with the workers. They informed me of the programs which I gladly applied and look forward to.
The staff was very helpful and made changing my information very fast and easy while still being safe by asking me security questions to protect my account.
