WORST BANK EVER! First of all today is a holiday and I have not received my check, secondly there is NO 24/7 CUSTOMER SERVICE Phone number. I tried calling all the numbers and it’s the same robot voice everytime. This is completely and utterly ridiculous. Unacceptable! If I had stock in this company I would sell it.
We came 2 this location @ University Blvd. approx. couple weeks prior bcz his mobile banking wasnt working at all, so 2 wks ago we were seen by a gentleman who stated their systems were down & when I asked when they wud be back up, he simply said, "Its indefinitely". First of all, we were tired of having 2 physically go 2 a Comm 1st ATM just 2 check acct balances, etc. 2nd, "indefinitely" is an unacceptable answer!!! Alexis was very kind and courteous during my visit to the bank, and I truly appreciated her friendly attitude. However, my overall experience ended up being very disappointing. I explained my urgent situation clearly from the beginning and let her know that I needed an answer regarding my loan as soon as possible. I arrived early in the morning, before 10 a.m., and despite the amount of time the process took, what disappointed me the most was the lack of communication and follow-up.
