Gayle the Assistant Manager and the Manager at this Branch is Rude and doesn't have a personality fit the Assistant Management position, she is not customer friendly at all. She doesn't take time to see how to help. I would not call this a community Bank, by any means. This bank is not a bank to go to when you are looking for a bank who is willing to work with you as a team. The Assistant Gayle Manager, and Manager are single minded how to get the job done fast. the Manager is the same way.
I've been banking with CFCU since 2012. Honestly I've never had 1 problem or anything bad to say about them. Have had multiple loans car loans over the years and currently have our mortgage there. Always super easy to work with, and always have my best interests in mind. Always go above and beyond. Thank you CFCU!
