WORST BANKING ESTABLISHMENT EVER
Your so called new website is so hard to read and your making a ton on over drafts because of it , I’m a customer of over 20 years and because of this reason I’m looking for another bank besides the fact that I’ve had multiple car loans and paid them all but can’t get a credit card smh over it and going elsewhere sick of giving my money away to you which is crap knowing since you have changed your banking website, thanks but bye
I had some extenuating circumstances that caused my account to overdraft five times. The staff members were rude, accusational, and attacking toward me I told them I felt like I was the one being yelled at. When it started, a couple tellers guided me to the right place for me ro wait. All seemed fine at first, then that's when things went downhill really fast. RecommendedWe love it here! The staff are super friendly and really get to know you on a personal level. Their loan department has amazing agents that are knowledgeable in their field. They took the time to listen to us and structure our finances to support our long term goals! #KWBounceBackBusiness
this is the worst bank ever ..tried to get a loan I can pay off to then and they dug up my past from over 21years ago which is not proper to begin with so what does that say about them
This is the WORST credit union ever. I will be closing all my accounts this week!!
