All the Ladies at this site are awesome, especially Mrs. Bevery and Tereasa a smile and being helpful from them is not unusual.
customer service is very poor, too many hoops to jump through for a simple answer
Their online application system is a piece of crap!They say they will get back with an answer in 2 business days...NOT.Then when you call about it 4 days later, all you hear is that the online application didnt work.What a bunch of bull. Apply for your loan somewhere else!
what a great group of people in this credit union. always ready to help in any way.. even has safe deposit boxes. if you have a problem--just talk with STELLA. she will help you.. 5 stars at this location
