Ladies at the bank are great! However, new online backing is useless, lots of white space & searching options but absolutely zero line items or anything resembling a sheet. It nice, bubbly, and unprofessional if you're bad at managing your money & don't need to see much data. Can't see saving & checking activity on same pages. I can't imagine have a business with Community First. Community First bought out my old bank & I never came to them for business, they bought my bank for my business & now they lost it.

I went in to get a small personal loan to pay off just a portion of my debt, because I thought that's all I would get approved for..... after speaking with Member Service Rep, Ben Clausen, I was able to come back the very next day for a loan to pay off ALL of my credit card debt and then some!! This saved me $300 a month!! Such a huge weight off my shoulders!! Thank you Ben!! I've been a member here for years, this branch is close to my home and the whole staff is very personable and friendly! Keep up the good work!
