New in town. Chose a bank for it's new account bonus. Unhappy there, came to CFCU and received much better service. So happy I have opened an account here!
My husband and I were seeking a refinance for home improvements. Scott Davey, Branch Manager, went above and beyond to make our process move quickly. He checked on us throughout the various stages of the loan process and made sure all departments were working efficiently to make sure our loan was a success! We are so thankful for him and Community First for helping us with our refinance!

Tried to get a loan to consolidate debt. The process was absolutely horrible. Joseph Hale the loan processor was a joke to work with. He claimed to never receive documents that were sent multiple times and then had the nerve to blame it on me for not getting them in time. Extremely unprofessional and rude. Would not recommend.
