Community First had an auto loan rate that was one point lower than the credit union I normally bank with and the term was longer. Rachael in Appleton and Erin in Manitowoc made this process a breeze, and everyone else I dealt with was awesome as well. Was able to get the loan closed in under 24 hours from my first contact. A+++ HIGHLY recommend!
I left two voicemails and one email trying to reach my personal banker regarding a couple of IRAs that had matured. No response. A third call this morning finally got through to her. She indicated she'd been out sick the past two days. It would be good customer service to have another employee return calls in such situations and set the absent employees email to "out of office". I like this credit union. I got my loan through here and it was a smooth process. The only thing I don't like is the jerk that calls me and sends me letters asking for a loan payment when I've been months ahead of my payments from the beginning. That guy is very unprofessional and the letter he typed up and sent me looked like a kid typed it up. No letterhead or anything.
