Horrible people, horrible attitudes no matter what your trying to do. Their online banking is janky and will never give you the correct information either. They’ll also scream at you for trying to make a loan payment. You’re better off going literally anywhere else.
Best bank I've ever worked with. Almost never any wait and the teller's are very friendly.
This bank has misplaced my account multiple times after updating their system. They have told me my account was closed, and I had to show my mobile app to prove that was not the case. They put deposits on 2 business day holds instead of doing verification of funds like every other bank does. Do yourself a favor and bank elsewhere! Customer service when trying to work through the issues is horrendous!
