I had a great experience with Community First Bank of Indiana. The staff was friendly, professional, and helpful every step of the way. Zach and Teresa, in particular, went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. From setting up a new account to answering questions I hadn’t even thought to ask, they made the entire process easy and comfortable. I truly appreciate the excellent service and would highly recommend them.
My debit card was blocked from making an airline ticket purchase on 6/4/26. Called the number on the back of the card to get clearance to make the purchase. Card was unlocked. The purchase showed in my pending transactions for several days and then disappeared completely. So, I purchased another ticket thinking the original transaction was cancelled by the fraud department. That charge showed up immediately and was pending through yesterday afternoon.
