A bank is a bank but the people are what make the difference. Cannot say enough good things about the people that work here. Always smiling, kind, courteous, and quick to address any and all questions. Lilly, Lizbeth, Teresa, Maria, & Alley are the best!

It's incredible how poor customer service can reach the point of having your bank account closed. That was the bitter experience of a friend who had had an account at this bank for years and had been mistreated on several occasions by one of the tellers. However, recently the mistreatment by the staff went too far, and instead of calling the bank employee's attention, they ended up closing the customer's account. As a bank worker you should never scream at your clients better yet walk away as they’re talking to you. Waited a long time to be helped to get the worst customer service experience ever. Didn’t receive a Hi, didn’t receive a “how may I help you?” Absolutely no service. Evaluate your tellers and do what has to be done. This isn’t the first time this has happened, but enough is enough. This comment is towards Lizbeth. She is bringing her personal issues and reflecting it on the clients.
