Not good customer service at times, particularly by a few people (I would’ve given the man today 0/5 stars if I could). Not community FIRST in their attitude at times too. When I close my account, I won’t be returning.

I have been a member of this company for so many years before the internet and mobile phones!!! I am ashamed to be an Australian! I had to ring easystreet Australia this morning and after so much hassle trying to get my account reset when my six digit password was so easy to do my online banking with you guys for so many years!! It is way too complicated now!!!
