A quick response, and resolution of the problem
Our consultant Andrew has been super helpful this year - just very prompt with all communications, friendly, helping make applications as easy as possible for loans and a credit card through CFCU. We had a good experience with Community First 9 years ago with a loan and credit card and they were very transparent, methodical but friendly this time as well and the products seem well priced. Highly recommended!
We are in the process of taking a new home loan through Community First Cronulla. Thanks to the excellent service from Andrew and the personal feel you get with a community bank. Shame that I have not been able to keep up with their speed in turning things around :-) We're never ever going back to the big banks again (from someone who has been working in those for the last 18 years)
