I’d like to thank staff at Community First Erina, Helen, Sue & Nicole for there continuous effort help to retrieve money that was taken from me by a hotel in sydney that I stayed in over the weekend, they went out of there way to help me when they totally didn’t have to. I can’t express how grateful I am for your efforts and it definitely didn’t go unappreciated

Why go with a bank when the credit unions are so far ahead? Not only was the process quicker, more transaprent and more cost effective then getting a loan from a bank, but it was a much more simplified and easy process. Thank you Jake for patiently and professionally leading me through the process to obtain my new credit card. And thanks for the overseas travelling tip, i.e. using a credit card is preferred/safer to using a debit card as any fraudsters would potentially be limited in their theft by the credit card limit as opposed to having access to my full account. Jake Laredo of Community First Credit Union assisted me to purchase a replacement car this week. I’m a time-poor health professional who lives in the country with inadequate public transport options for a shift worker like myself. His prompt , net savvy, professional services moved me seamlessly into my next car within four days.
