I was at Community First Bank this afternoon. I went in to request a new debit card. I even requested a second one but Teller Cynthia Banker said that wasn’t allowed. But she asked me if I had a smart phone and I said yes. She went on to say I could use a wallet and have it scanned. To which she showed me how to work it. And praise the Lord I now know how it works. Cynthia was helpful and friendly. May God’s light shine on her and Community First Bank. God Bless
Miranda is very helpful and gets answers for you quickly. I have yet to encounter a rude or impatient cashier. They are all very friendly. I prefer this bank to the credit union.
I spent most of a day trying to reset up my online bill pay after it got canceled and they refused to help me at all. They just kept telling me to do it online. Iv banked there 10 years just show me what do.
