I've banked with this company since I moved here in 2022. Days ago I made a purchase on Amazon. A day or two after I went to log in to my Amazon account they had said my account was on hold and wouldn't let me log in. I gave Amazon a picture of my photo ID with my address which matches my debit card. They still didn't let me in to my account.
