Community first bank employees need to go work with the ladies at Dix Bank to truly understand how to treat their customers with respect .
After getting married and moving to Dix, IL, one of my first orders of business was to find a new local bank and open a checking account (new name, new address, the whole shebang). These folks have been nothing but helpful and friendly! Their account benefits are absolutely unheard of, and their online banking, app, response times, etc. have all been incredible. Definitely impressed with them so far!

While I was there on business, I shared about Cathy's Cottage (furniture for those in need). Megan immediately helped facilitate what was needed to provide a bed for one who had been sleeping on the floor! I love the Above and Beyond!!
