Many long time employees who will know your name, your children's names and their favorite flavor of dum-dum. They are privately owned but still offer the convenient services of the larger chains. The main difference here is if you have a problem you call to speak to a live human being inside this branch, not somewhere thousands of miles away.

Community first bank employees need to go work with the ladies at Dix Bank to truly understand how to treat their customers with respect .
After getting married and moving to Dix, IL, one of my first orders of business was to find a new local bank and open a checking account (new name, new address, the whole shebang). These folks have been nothing but helpful and friendly! Their account benefits are absolutely unheard of, and their online banking, app, response times, etc. have all been incredible. Definitely impressed with them so far!
