If I could give this credit union negative stars I would. I’ve been with them over 10 years but lately the customer service is awful. Being member funded you think they’d be better to the members… I have been waiting on a title for 2 months after pay off. Called the SOS and they told me that my credit union hasn’t released it yet. The second time I went in to ask about it, they cut me off mid sentence, and the third time they laid the blame on me. Absolutely don’t recommend doing any of your finances through them.
