Non traditional way of doing banking. Was a member of a "bank" 30 some years, they denied me an auto loan in 2016. CFCU was the only institution that approved it. I had nothing but good experiences with CFCU! We ended up leaving the bank. CFCU has a great team looking out for their customers. Where do I even start. They don’t even deserve one star. Nothing but lies. Penny is the worst person I have dealt with for any loan. Nothing but lies attitude and attacks. She tried to lie in the loan more times then I can count after she was called out she back tracks and makes more lies. I took a chance on this credit union. Everyone and everything has been nice. I’m in horrible situation with my husband and also multiple health problems. I have a young son and with the expenses being so high I ended up relying on courtesy pay. I know you are not supposed to but sometimes you have to do what you have to do. In May the courtesy was 700 and in June they gave me 100. I needed to pay my cell phone bill and internet. The credit union said well the computer generates it. I sincerely never was told that.
