The staff is always friendly. I have been banking with them for over 30 years. Still happy.
Where do I even start. They don’t even deserve one star. Nothing but lies. Penny is the worst person I have dealt with for any loan. Nothing but lies attitude and attacks. She tried to lie in the loan more times then I can count after she was called out she back tracks and makes more lies. I took a chance on this credit union. Everyone and everything has been nice. I’m in horrible situation with my husband and also multiple health problems. I have a young son and with the expenses being so high I ended up relying on courtesy pay. I know you are not supposed to but sometimes you have to do what you have to do. In May the courtesy was 700 and in June they gave me 100. I needed to pay my cell phone bill and internet. The credit union said well the computer generates it. I sincerely never was told that. The best credit union I've had. The staff are super friendly, the building is always clean and they offer great options for all your financial needs.
Woman so lazy here yesterday, she told me I couldn’t open accounts for my twin girls because i needed the PHYSICAL SOCIAL SECURITY CARDS in order to open two minor savings accounts. Complete rubbish. As predicted, went to another branch (Plymouth) and opened the two accounts there.
