Woman so lazy here yesterday, she told me I couldn’t open accounts for my twin girls because i needed the PHYSICAL SOCIAL SECURITY CARDS in order to open two minor savings accounts. Complete rubbish. As predicted, went to another branch (Plymouth) and opened the two accounts there.
Penny is amazing! She helped me open an account for my 5 year old!

Michele in the Care center helped out with some questions before selling a motorcycle, she was really friendly and answered all of my questions. Great service to know about when selecting a credit union!
The after hour service that works there call center I’m guessing very rude said No before she new what I wanted not knowledgeable at all smh worst experience ever the branch is more nice I’ve been with them over 10 years 1st and worst experience
