Slowest drive thru ever, every time
They are a great bank as always.
Lack of customer service lost customer. Went to sign up for an account. The lady walked in front of me, back turned, said: Dan? Cmon. Until she walked 10 yards, adjusted the lighting, went behind the desk, sat down and adjusted herself. I took my own seat. Something came up from my divorce over 20 years ago and while she silently investigated, I sat for what felt like an eternity...silence feels longer. The ATM never works, what they offer you as a credit union is up for debate. When I first joined it was great and since they switched to ORSA it has been nothing short of a nightmare. Take your business, money, and time elsewhere. As I know I will be, I am very unsatisfied with how this credit union has changed. Also don’t bother to call or message because no one ever has any answers for any questions you have either.
