I've done multiple trainings at CDSC on mediation and facilitation over the years and have always been impressed with the quality of the programs. The trainers really know their stuff and the mediators in attendance have a wide breadth of knowledge and experience. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their trainings to anyone interested in learning more about mediation or conflict resolution.
