I contacted CDSC in an attempt to get compensation from my condo association and various insurance companies for expenses of an extended hotel stay when my condo was unliveable.Sooty made contact with each of them and followed up, trying to plan a meeting.They slow walked responses and sometimes refused to respond. Calling this ‘mediation’ is a stretch when one party is charged $0 and the other is billed $200/hour. That kind of one-sided fee structure creates a built-in perception of bias and undermines confidence in the process. If you want a fair mediation, use a provider with transparent, equal fees for both sides. Thank you for the reply.
