Staff specially Ms. Wilma are wonderful. I deal with the administrators in 5 boros as well....grateful people like Wilma do public work.
Man with the pokemon and death note tattoos was very helpful and kind at the front desk.
So unfortunately that I have to resort to this review. No one answers their phones and the operator are a hit or miss if, there is one. Unprofessional operation. Poor communication. No regards for your personal information if you have ever received your packets unsealed. Zero response. Very frustrating.
