Have very much enjoyed my service from Community Credit Union, at all branches I've used, since I've moved to Florida (East Coast!) Everyone has always been very professional and neighborly!
Agents are well informed friendly and very patient with the customers at the credit union
Stephanie Oakley was superb! Her customer service is outstanding. She is knowledgeable, friendly, experienced, and truly cares about her customers. I highly recommend Community Credit Union and, especially, Stephanie Oakley.
I have been at the institution for over 25 yrs and recently fell on hard times to say they treated me like trash is an understatement. I no longer recommend this ccu I'm taking my money elsewhere. Whatever you do don't communicate with Thomas. Ask to speak with someone else.
Staff is always exceptional. Had many clients ahead of me kept me informed on when I would be seen. Was patient with my questions. Answered everything I asked
