I had a bad experience the guy from member solutions was so rude, and he wasn’t compassionate with my situation. I understand he was just doing his job but it was the tone of his voice, his attitude, his behavior on the phone that made him rude and not understanding or compassionate. I really hope this bank trains their employees on how to handle every situation that come across the phone, and how to be respectful or you know understanding. Because that guy was probably one of the worst I ever seen before. Horrible!!!

Absolutely worst call center I've ever had to deal with. Waited for over an hour today just for the young man to say "you'll have to call back" and hang up on me. He didn't understand what I needed so instead of transferring me or getting help, he just hung up. Now I've been on hold again for 30 minutes. Calling from PA so just can't run into a branch. Every time I call, the wait times are very long. It's just ridiculous. I cannot wait to be done with CCU.
