I love that they know me by name but I find end of month charges r more compared to other banks.
I had been having troubles get money transfered from a west coast credit union and Ashley helped me solve the problem in about 30 minutes. I have spent 9 months trying to transfer the funds, so frustrating. I owe him a big thanks.
Have always had a great experience with these guys! Many of the tellers know me by name and use it when I approach the counter. Nice touch!
