The Ladies are always friendly and provide excellent service
We arrived at the Willow Street branch to meet with Ryan Bakker. We received an e-mail confirmation an hour before our appointment for our mortgage consult to meet him at this location. We were told by the teller that he was supposed to have contacted us as he had to go to the Prince street branch. We drove 45 minutes to get to this appointment and this is the customer service?
