We arrived at the Willow Street branch to meet with Ryan Bakker. We received an e-mail confirmation an hour before our appointment for our mortgage consult to meet him at this location. We were told by the teller that he was supposed to have contacted us as he had to go to the Prince street branch. We drove 45 minutes to get to this appointment and this is the customer service? I love that they know me by name but I find end of month charges r more compared to other banks.
I had been having troubles get money transfered from a west coast credit union and Ashley helped me solve the problem in about 30 minutes. I have spent 9 months trying to transfer the funds, so frustrating. I owe him a big thanks.
Have always had a great experience with these guys! Many of the tellers know me by name and use it when I approach the counter. Nice touch!
