There was no way to directly contact the branch. No matter what option I chose, it just directed me to a voicemail for a future call back. I did get a call back a couple hours later, however, I had already driven into town to the branch and asked in person. A wasted trip when a phone call would have avoided it. When I did get a call back the woman on the phone reaffirmed this is the only way phone calls are conducted. She had a rude demeanor and was very short and curt when I asked why I couldn't contact a branch directly.
The Ladies are always friendly and provide excellent service
We arrived at the Willow Street branch to meet with Ryan Bakker. We received an e-mail confirmation an hour before our appointment for our mortgage consult to meet him at this location. We were told by the teller that he was supposed to have contacted us as he had to go to the Prince street branch. We drove 45 minutes to get to this appointment and this is the customer service?
