I love all the tellers! They are sweet and understanding and they work closely with my boss. But I went in last week with 3 checks to cash. The "manager" he was a male with dark hair who i guess never is at that location but w.e. One of my checks my boss (owner) forgot to sign (my manager is on vacation so hes trying to manage 2 restaurants) he treated me as if I was a criminal! I was nice and said "Oh boy hes so busy I can just cash these two is fine". He was STARRING at the other checks and my ID then back at me for 4 MINU... read more

Wonderful community bank, I am very happy to have them as one of the banks my family uses. The people in the Peabody branch are very kind, and the process for looking at and getting a HELOC is super simple, they walk you through the numbers and make submitting the documentation hassle free.
