Edit in 2025: Still 1 star, but consider it less than 1 star. Landlords and property managers more frequently require rent payment through Zelle. CCU arbitrarily caps Zelle payments to $1,000 at a time, resulting in not even being able to pay rent through a simple payment, despite otherwise being able to write a check for N (any given) amount. Wonderful organization! Extremely helpful staff. I had a great deal of information I needed to get concerning an account that had been closed ages ago, everyone there was a very helpful and able to get everything together for me. Working with them made a difficult situation much easier. I look forward to banking with them in the future.
