Went today to the location. Says it's open 9-2 on Saturday's online and on Google and it is very much closed. M-F only open 9-2. Not great for customers with employment but great for retirees.
A really wonderful bank. I walked in one day over a decade ago after Bank of America was being awful and they set me up with a checking account that day and I've never looked back! They always email or call back right away and the customer service is wonderful! I've used them for both my business and personal banking. They've even personally driven over to my place of business to help with paperwork!
I definitely did not have the same experience as all of these great reviews. The main reason I chose this credit union was for the free kasasa cash back checking account. They informed me this was being discontinued after I created an account. It took over 3 weeks to receive my debit card in the mail because they forgot to send it originally. I called to ask about the status after 2 weeks and was informed it was never sent. The debit card doesn't have tap to pay. The app is very basic and glitches. I decided to close my acco... read more
Excellent customer service! Dorina, the branch manager, is professional, knowledgeable, and truly cares about every member. She and her team always go above and beyond to provide a welcoming and positive banking experience. Highly recommend Community Credit Union!
