Somerville staff is really friendly anytime I walk in the bank. They always happy face. Thank you for your service guys.
Victor has been a wonderful help with setting up our account and assisting us with any other issues we have had. When I do need to call in and the customer service reps are always super nice and patient with me. Great bank to bank with! :)
The people and services here are absolutely excellent! They're kind, knowledgeable and human. The only reason this location doesn't get 5+ stars is that I just wish they were open a little later for when you need to get on site. Still, I'm very happy to be banking with them.

Do not bank with Community Credit Union. Their "customer service" is non-existant. I've been with them for many, many years and every time I've ever needed help it's painful to get someone to help you. They've always been extremely understaffed. Stay away.
