Terrible service. I stopped to open a checking account at 430 today. The manager said she didn't have time because she had other things to do. Asked if I wanted to come back tomorrow. I said nope and walked out literally shocked and very very annoyed. Since I live in Turner I assumed since the Community c u is also in Turner they would want my business. Nope too busy. Apparently they have so much business they don't need any more. Very strange since I was literally the only person in the place and at least 3 people were work... read more
The staff is always super nice here, but the hours suck for such a centrally located credit union!! They should definitely open earlier for commuters 9 o’clock is just way too late for the morning!! The parking lot for this credit union is absolutely horrible and whoever designed it needs to go back to school
