Have used for almost a year 2-3 times a week consistently for mom in a nursing home. They are consistent and dependable. Accommodating and flexible haven't missed a delivery even if I made a mistake..they work with me. I cannot say how much more SUPERIOR they are compared to the name brands I tried to work with. Thanks guys you ate life savers!!!
Service was phenomenal until they messed up my order and brought me $200 of food when it should have been $20 worth of food. I agreed to pay for their mistake but I would need to be paid back with certain number of free trips I believe it was 10. After two free trips I never heard from them again. By the way the food was so much I had to give it away because nobody eats 20 orders of ribs when you ask for 20 ribs. They brought me 200. Went totally silent never gave me an explanation. There is nothing short of 5 stars with these guys! (Wishing for 6 stars) The best delivery service hands down in our community. Did not know how much food and items were lost in transit using other services till I found CCOJ. Everything arrives just as ordered and the service is impecable! Keep up the good work Ben and Matt!
