Always late hours late. you guys play with handicapped and senior citizens. Putting us at risk waiting for hours to get picked up to go home. I will pay if they give a better service. Free stuff never works.

Sharing this to possibly prevent it from happening to anyone else. Beware, Community Coach over books passengers and therefore out sources rides to a third party for the elderly and handicapped. Those drivers are inexperienced, and I'll equipped to transport your Loved one! My 87 year old Mother who uses a walker, was to be put on and off via the wheel chair lift to go to the eye institute,as I had specified on the application. A lady in a very small car shows up in 95 degree heat, her ac not working. When my Mom tried to li... read more

The hoops you have to go through to get certified are ridiculous. I'm on a walker and can't walk 5 feet on my own, but with ridiculous pages and pages of documents you are denied. I've been denied 3 times by the paper pushing drones in the office yet I see perfectly healthy people using them daily. Guess I'm just not stupid or special enough to get approved.
