Been trying to enroll since September this is May. I am crippled and can not use the steps to get on the bus with my walker. I have plenty of doctor appointments that I constantly miss because I can not get to them. It is like this service is waiting for me to die. So they do not have to deal with me.

Always late hours late. you guys play with handicapped and senior citizens. Putting us at risk waiting for hours to get picked up to go home. I will pay if they give a better service. Free stuff never works.
Sharing this to possibly prevent it from happening to anyone else. Beware, Community Coach over books passengers and therefore out sources rides to a third party for the elderly and handicapped. Those drivers are inexperienced, and I'll equipped to transport your Loved one! My 87 year old Mother who uses a walker, was to be put on and off via the wheel chair lift to go to the eye institute,as I had specified on the application.
