Always late hours late. you guys play with handicapped and senior citizens. Putting us at risk waiting for hours to get picked up to go home. I will pay if they give a better service. Free stuff never works.
Sharing this to possibly prevent it from happening to anyone else. Beware, Community Coach over books passengers and therefore out sources rides to a third party for the elderly and handicapped. Those drivers are inexperienced, and I'll equipped to transport your Loved one! My 87 year old Mother who uses a walker, was to be put on and off via the wheel chair lift to go to the eye institute,as I had specified on the application. A lady in a very small car shows up in 95 degree heat, her ac not working. When my Mom tried to li... read more
