Worst credit union possible. From lying about interest rates, hanging up on me when trying to make a payment, to taking my payment out twice in the same day. When asked to reverse one of the payments I was told it would take several days to process. I don't have a spare $1161 laying around. Called to get a payoff quote. They added $9,156 to my loan for not showing proof of insurance. There was no communication saying this would be added. I sent them copies of my insurance cards. They wanted more proof.
