These folks really helped me when I had my purse stolen. Other than the cost of my purse and fixing my car window, I wasn't out any money even though the bad guys tried three different times using different methods. Now, I use a password for safety. It does mean I can't make a big withdrawal (say for buying a new puppy) unless I have a live person, but it's worth the security. Plus, recently they have helped me refinance my car-- will be lower interest and lower payments. Nice.
This entire process has been terrible. They were very quick and responsive when they wanted to get us set up and get an account and close the deal. However since we signed. We have had nothing but issues. Slow to respond to emails- sometimes days if ever. Say they are going to follow up and get back to us and we don't get a response. They were paying off something and going on 3-4 weeks and it is still not paid off and we are getting charged interest and late fees because of this. We were told it be paid off by now. Rarely do I go into the branch since most banking can be done online; however, I needed something notarized so I stopped in. We were greeted by Emma—friendly, hospitable and kind. She offered us something to drink as she invited us to sit down. Emma reviewed the documents and promptly took care of the notarizing. She was quick and efficient and the experience was hassle free.
