This Bank is the absolute worst. The level of incompetence in the simplest of tasks such as verifying a cashiers check is astonishing. It's been nothing but problem agyer problem and I am now looking for a new bank that has a level of competence that's acceptable.

I’ve been a member for over twenty years. Lately the overall service here sucks. I have recurring transfers scheduled every month that aren’t going through, a $10 fee for the transfer that didn’t happen and zero explanation as to why. Only condescending women on the phone. I think it’s time I go to Veridian Credit Union instead.

First time using a bank for a car loan - we’ve been banking with CCCU for about 9 years and found they had the best auto loan rates at the time. Applied online, received a call within 30 minutes and started with the paperwork. Our loan officer, Steven, was prompt and professional. We had to wait for our vehicle to arrive at the dealership and he checked in multiple times, let us know when he would be out and when he would return.
