Both the bank manager and finance manager are EXTREMELY unprofessional. They both acted as if it was perfectly fine that one of their employees transfered money from my checking account to my auto loan without permission, then when I told them I'll be transferring my auto loans to a different they decided to run my credit with out my permission. We all know that when your credit is ran, it lowers your score...
