Susan was very helpful and professional. Great facility with a low fee.
Don't know who the woman was behind the counter but she was no help. I walked in, never having used a check cashing place before and was lost. Handed me check over and ID she asked if I was from out of state. Then said she couldn't cash the check because I signed it already. Apparently you have to sign it in front of the teller. She said I would not find a place to cash it with my signature already on it. Jokes on her because I had no trouble. I was in tears leaving this place. Do not recommend if ur a new customer.
