My experience has been positive. Dr. Cheney who is our primary and we are very satisfied
The doctors have been great, but the horrible call back rate and unresponsiveness from staff leaves so much to be desired. I don’t think I’ve ever called and got through to an actual person on the first try. Always voicemail. And I’m lucky if we get a call back!! It’s getting old, maybe time for somewhere new….
I left the practice a few months ago. I seen the reviews and figured I would share my story as well. I’ve been struggling and have been Feeling very sickly for some time now bloodwork was coming back normal. I then dug deeper into my family history and there is a lot of autoimmune diseases. WOW what an operation. The staff has zero customer service or interpersonal skills. I spoke to my PA Greg Reinwald's nurse about an appointment mix up I had, I wanted to speak with Greg directly to clear it up. She told me in no uncertain terms that Greg had no intention on calling me back!! Even if the mistake was my fault I should have had the courtesy of a call back from Greg Reinwald.
