They are ridiculous try calling and you are on hold forever waiting to have your call answered what a pathetic organization this is extremely poor customer service.
Things are going well so far.
first, unfortunately, i was told my primary GP would only have office hrs. on Monday. i responded that i'd make sure if i had an issue i would make sure it would be on just Mondays that is if she wasn't booked up. Unreal! My appointment was for 10: 40. I arrived early as they instructed me to do. I was not called until 11:06 Then I waited in the room until 11:20.. almost a whole hour of waiting. Receptionist very unprofessional. Rude almost, talking to each other about outside issues very loudly. Heard them mimic a lady who had showed up for her appointment at 10:36 while her appointment was at 10:00., they turned her away because she was over 5 minutes late.
