If I could zero stars it would certainly be an option with this establishment. They don't care at all and it shows. Their systems are always down. I guess the people running the show just pick up a check.
Went for a Physician Assistant visit to Erica Wasserback a month or two ago. As typical, vital signs were taken, general health exams were performed and blood tests were ordered and completed . This week I was informed by my mail order pharmacy that two of my prescriptions - Amlodopinefor blood pressure regulation and Lanzoprazole for control of stomach acidity/ Barrets esophagus was refused for refill. It is clear that MOST of the 1 star reviews are fake. I have been a patient for SEVEN YEARS and other than 1 doctor I saw about 5 years ago I have never had a bad experience at the Latham office. My Primary Care doctor is thorough and her nurse is excellent. They are quick to respond to messages and prescription refills. The building is well kept and there is a huge parking lot. (Which by the way is usually full when I go) To those of you lying about a medical center get a life and grow up
Terrible staff! Very rude, petty and disrespectful! They make u feel real uncomfortable!
