Helped me so much they were great
I was a client there tried to speak to the manager about receiving more hours for care giving services after they cut hours off on my case load and instead only gave me very little hours and my care giver was only available for me on the days Thursdays and Fridays didn't get to choose the hours I needed care.. when I was a client there first man those were the good days care giver was always there for me but as soon as I said that my fiance got a car they treated me differently than any other client there and they thought I ... read more
Disrespectful board. Board members do not care about staff or care about client input. Board members do not have any goals to better the company as a whole, or fails to follow through with any they may have. Board members do not take time in the office and because of this it allows for uneducated and sloppy decisions making. So sad. This company could be amazing if only they had better leadership. Community care cherishes toxic work ethic and shuns good hard working people.
