Chrissy at Community Care, Inc. became involved in a personal matter between my mother-in-law and me without my consent. I get the runaround responses. I get told one thing I had services set up for another and now they're claiming it doesn't cover it, I waited 2 months for home Care service and I was told they were waiting for a response when my name was in a community service caretaking facility waiting for their approval. Terrible insurance to deal with. I never heard back when I submitted my clinic to be in network to serve their members. We had some back and forth when I sent an application then no one followed up. Whenever I contact to speak with benefits and eligibility, the live person just transfers you to a voicemail. Same thing with authorization requests. Once I finally got a hold of one of their case managers for mental health services for a patient--he just said "no, we don't do that." Bearing in mind, I had to make numerous attemp... read more
