We are so happy with Ashley Geiken at Community Care! She helped us transition my Mother, gave us hope along the way. Ashley is full of energy, and puts in unbelievable effort. Ashley guided us through all the phases: found placement for the care my Mom needed, advised with medical records, helped us with paperwork, deadlines, really listened to our concerns. Not So great having community Care, the case manager doesn't help you as much support, they are here to help the clients, and I will like to report the HIPPA report who do I contact my Case Manager's supervisor, because why they share the information to someone else. I'm not really proud of their job
This company is awful and does not communicate clients needs with their family members. Take the money and do little as possible
My meeting usually goes well my friend and I hope continues to go well.
